He started his career In 1994. Bajrang Shah was associated with conceptualization and development of a unique adventure zone in the scenic Nilgiri Hils in Ooty.

Later he partnered with Scenic Route's Dubai as an aesthetic conceptualizer for almost five years and gaining rich experience and knowledge in entertainment and leisure industry.

He was appointed as an advisor for the department of Tourism, Government, of A.P. where he played a vital role of designing and executing Mount Opera, A.P.'s largest water theme park. He played the pivotal role in giving Hyderabad some of it best parks and amusement centers like Shilparamam cultural and craft village with the laser show amphitheater etc., to name a few.

Simultaneously he was also appointed as a Tourism and Hospitality Secretary to Federation of Indian chamber of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), Hyderabad, where he was instrumental initiating many notable tourism related initiatives and forums with various international tourism bodies and embassies to bring in world class entertainment and leisure activities and facilities to India. He was the key facilitator to bring foreign business houses to India. He engaged these foreign companies and commercial services of foreign consulates with Indian business community to foster growth and trade and business ties in a healthy environment

Was invited to Dubai to partner with Scenic Route's New division, Gulf Model Making and played a vital role in making scaled miniature models for various projects in Dubai Land, a Project by the Government of UAE. Gulf Model Making, spread not just into Theme parks but also into architectural model making, concept designing for amusement & themed resorts etc..

He is a key figure in giving Hyderabad's entertainment, leisure and amusement industry a massive facelift, reviving much needed leisure and entertainment activities and facilitating requisite infrastructure for the segment.

He played a pivotal role in organizing the one of its kind Dubai Shopping Festival and Department of Tourism Hyderabad Millennium festival with Department of Tourism, Govt. of AP on the popular waterfront Necklace Road in Hyderabad, which was a runaway success and received rave reviews from the media, participants and the attendees as well.

He was the CEO of Bhagyanagar Entertainment, A Surana Group Company, where he conceptualized, designed and executed the prestigious 'Mini India' project besides involved with conceptualization and execution of various government and semi government projects in this sector. He played a key role in getting the project going with the state department in Orlando - Orlando Economic Development Commission for this unique project.

He initiated the Tile forum in India in collaboration with UKTI. For the first the time in India, TILE event was held under the leadership of Bajrang Shah. TILE (Trends in Leisure and Entertainment) is the world largest forum on Travel, Leisure and amusement Industry. Some of the prominent participants and speakers were :
